Mikako Noguchi (野口 美香子 Noguchi Mikako) is the supporting character in the one-shot manga, Hanauta Nagaruru (花唄流るる lit. Overhearing a Flower Song) by Yuki Midorikawa of the Hotarubi no Mori e Manga. She is a third year student who seems to have a feeling for Fujimura that practices guitar under his guidance just to see him smiling again.

Mikako is the senior of Fujimura who have known each other since childhood. In order to give back Fujimura's confidence due to his injured hand, she asked for him to teach her how to play guitar, a thing he used to enjoy so much before.
